Leads are the life blood of any business, especially a network marketing business. And because of the internet, they are becoming savvier by the minute. Your leads are being approached by attraction marketers trying to help them. If you are only pitching them your deal who do you think they are going to do business with?
Network marketers, you must ask yourself… Are you truly helping your leads?
The saying goes “The more people you help get what they want the wealthier you will become.” I have to say, it seems to be true because the minute I shifted my focus from trying to “land” a lead to “how can I help this person?” everything in my business started falling into place.

Now it’s common place for people I’ve never spoken with in my life to call me up to chat as if we were old friends. They call me to ask a question, to chat about their business or to thank me for helping them. Sometimes, they even ask me what business I’m in and how can they join!
Now remember… I’ve never spoken with them before. The only contact I’ve had with these folks is thru the content I spread around the internet.
Think about this for a moment… When you cold call someone, do they th
ank you and eagerly ask to join your company? When you strike up a conversation with someone in the grocery line are they grateful or just being polite till they can make their escape?

Anybody would rather join a business with a leader like yourself Shelly. It's all about what you bring to the table. The video on Attraction Marketing and pitching is great for people new to Network Marketing. The old ways of being a selfish network marketer is not the way. You can now actually enjoy what you do and make money doing it.

That is so cool, ShellyB! Certainly having contacts calling you first does make a world of difference than chasing people around when they're busy. If I knew about attraction marketing before, I would have started with it a many years ago .. I would have saved myself a ton of frustration! I'm not complaining .. just enlightening people who are still thinking whether they should try attraction marketing or not.

Nice job, Shelly! I really enjoyed that interview video between Ann and Mike that you refer to- lots of good stuff in it! You are a great person to work with. Your friendly and open personality - and lack of "product pushing" (even tho' Renegade is worth "pushing"!) - make it easy to talk to you and learn from you. And please keep your videos comin'!!!! They're great for a visual person like me ;-)!
